Port Tack Racks, operating as Port Tack Option, collects the details you give us when you book: your name, contact details, date of birth, boating competency and experience, emergency contact and your signed agreement. Our card processor, Stripe, handles your card details. We never see or store your card number.

We use your information to take and manage your booking, to check that your skipper meets our rental requirements, to contact you about your trip, and to deal with any accident, damage or insurance claim. We share it with our insurer when a claim or an underwriting review requires it, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

We keep booking and dock records for seven years after your rental, because insurance claims and tax records can surface that long after a trip. Email ben@porttackracks.com to see or correct what we hold about you.
